Clone R69-2F-4 is a rabbit recombinant antibody that exhibits high affinity to human SNRPA1 protein, a calculated weight of 28 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R69-2F-4 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution range 1:100-1:200).
