Effective For S. Aureus Research
We used this human Fab fragment to target SpA in Staphylococcus aureus cultures. It functioned perfectly in our ELISA setups and showed activity in neutralization assays. The lack of an Fc region in the Fab fragment was particularly useful for avoiding non-specific binding in our experiments.
Pure And Stable Reagent
The affinity-purified Fab fragment arrived in good condition and has remained stable at -20°C. We have used it for functional studies regarding bacterial virulence factors, and the results have been consistent. The absence of preservatives allowed us to use it directly in cell-based assays.
