Reliable Flow Cytometry
This mouse recombinant antibody is excellent for detecting SSEA4 on human embryonic stem cells. We used it for flow cytometry and obtained very clear, distinct peaks. It helps us routinely verify the pluripotency status of our cell lines with high confidence.
High Specificity For GSLs
The specificity of this antibody for the SSEA4 hexasaccharide structure is impressive. We tested it in ELISA and found no cross-reactivity with other related glycosphingolipids. It is a robust reagent for our cancer research projects looking at SSEA4 expression in tumor cells.
