The AbPlus Anti-SULT1A1 Magnetic Beads (VS-0724-YC1079) is an innovative affinity resin which is bound with anti-SULT1A1 specific antibody. The beads were designed for small-scale affinity purification and immunoprecipitation (IP) of SULT1A1 protein under native and denaturing conditions.

- Sulfotransferase enzymes catalyze the sulfate conjugation of many hormones, neurotransmitters, drugs, and xenobiotic compounds. These cytosolic enzymes are different in their tissue distributions and substrate specificities. The gene structure (number and length of exons) is similar among family members. This gene encodes one of two phenol sulfotransferases with thermostable enzyme activity.
