Breast cancer biomarkers at key points during disease progression
Excellent Tag Detection
This mouse antibody is excellent for detecting Sumo tags. We used it in Western blot to verify the expression of our Sumo-tagged recombinant proteins, and it produced clean, specific bands with no background issues.
Breast cancer biomarkers at key points during disease progression
Sensitive ELISA Reagent
We employed this antibody in ELISA to quantify Sumo-tagged proteins in our lysates. The sensitivity was high, allowing us to detect even low levels of the tagged protein. It is a very reliable reagent for tag detection.

Q&As

  1. Is this antibody specific for the Sumo tag?

A: Yes, this Mouse Anti-Sumo tag Recombinant Antibody displays high specificity against the Sumo tag. It allows for the detection of Sumo-tagged proteins in various expression systems.

  2. What are the recommended dilutions for Western Blot?

A: We recommend a starting dilution of 1:500-1:5000 for Western Blot (WB). Specific conditions should be optimized by the end user. The antibody is also tested for use in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA).
