The Rat Anti-SUPT5H Recombinant Antibody (clone 0725W54) is a recombinant antibody targeting a synthetic peptide derived from the human SPT5 C-terminal region. It is suitable for Chromatin Immunoprecipitation-Sequencing (ChIP-Seq), Immunoprecipitation (IP), and Western Blot (WB). SUPT5H is a component of the DRB sensitivity-inducing factor complex (DSIF complex), which regulates mRNA processing and transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II. This antibody is a valuable tool for studying gene expression and RNA metabolism.
