Recombinant Anti-TAC3 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (N024C01 var.)

The anti-TAC3 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human TAC3. TAC3, a nervous system peptide, is linked to reproductive and pregnancy-related conditions. The antibody has a novel TAC3-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble TAC3 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
