Thioredoxin, a small dithiol protein, neutralizes food allergens and supports redox signaling as an antioxidant, encoded by TXN genes. This product is the DrugMonitor™ Anti-Thioredoxin Antibody (VS-0125-YC1876), specifically designed as an anti-drug antibody (ADA) that targets Thioredoxin. The ADA was raised in Balb/c mice immunized with Thioredoxin conjugated to BSA and is suitable for use in ELISA and lateral flow assays. As a drug-based antibody, it also serves as an exemplary tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, facilitating the determination of Thioredoxin drug concentrations in various samples.
