SDS-PAGE analysis of HPAB-M0216-YC in non-reduced (Lane 2) and reduced (Lane 1) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result of different β-mercaptoethanol-reduced proteins (Heavy chain and Light chain) migrate as about 50 kDa and 25 kDa, respectively.

Clone H1512-1 is a humanized antibody that we used in functional studies involving Thrombin. It showed excellent reactivity with human, cynomolgus, and rat samples. The antibody helped us investigate the regulation of coagulation cascades in our experimental models effectively.
