Developed through sophisticated AI architectures, this mAb ensures robust detection of TPP1 in human, mouse, and rat orthologs. TPP1 is a lysosomal exopeptidase responsible for removing tripeptides from the N-termini of proteins. It is essential for lysosomal proteostasis, and its deficiency leads to Late Infantile Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinosis (CLN2 disease) due to the toxic accumulation of storage material.
