The anti-TRIM59 recombinant antibody (TR797) reacts with human TRIM59. TRIM59 is a membrane-associated E3 ligase frequently upregulated in multiple cancer types. It promotes the degradation of the p53 tumor suppressor and other regulatory proteins. TRIM59 signaling is a potent driver of tumor progression and is considered a valuable prognostic biomarker in clinical oncology. The anti-TRIM59 antibody (TR797) has been tested in Immunoprecipitation (IP).
