Rabbit Anti-TRIP10 Recombinant Antibody (clone R01-6B7) (CAT#: VS3-FY1686)
Clone R01-6B7 is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody, which is specifically created to bind human TRIP10 protein, a calculated weight of 68 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R01-6B7 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000).
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

- Function
- Required for translocation of GLUT4 to the plasma membrane in response to insulin signaling (By similarity).
Required to coordinate membrane tubulation with reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton during endocytosis. Binds to lipids such as phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate and phosphatidylserine and promotes membrane invagination and the formation of tubules. Also promotes CDC42-induced actin polymerization by recruiting WASL/N-WASP which in turn activates the Arp2/3 complex. Actin polymerization may promote the fission of membrane tubules to form endocytic vesicles. Required for the formation of podosomes, actin-rich adhesion structures specific to monocyte-derived cells. May be required for the lysosomal retention of FASLG/FASL
