Rabbit Anti-TRIP10 Recombinant Antibody (clone R01-6B7) (CAT#: VS3-FY1686)
Clone R01-6B7 is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody, which is specifically created to bind human TRIP10 protein, a calculated weight of 68 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R01-6B7 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000).

Required to coordinate membrane tubulation with reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton during endocytosis. Binds to lipids such as phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate and phosphatidylserine and promotes membrane invagination and the formation of tubules.
