This R03-7A4 recombinant monoclonal antibody is specifically engineered to target human TRPV5. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IP. This trpV5 antibody has been rigorously validated and is widely used in western blot analysis of TRPV5 in K562, C6, 3T3, Hela lysates.

  • Constitutively active calcium selective cation channel thought to be involved in Ca²⁺ reabsorption in kidney and intestine.
    Required for normal Ca²⁺ reabsorption in the kidney distal convoluted tubules (By similarity).
    The channel is activated by low internal calcium level and the current exhibits an inward rectification.
