Recombinant Anti-TSHB Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (14H9.E4.A4 var.)

The anti-TSHB eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against TSHB of cat, canine, horse and sheep species. TSHB is a beta subunit of thyroid-stimulating hormone, affecting thyroid structure and metabolism, and linked to thyroid disorders. The antibody has a novel TSHB-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble TSHB from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
