Mouse Anti-ULK2 Recombinant Antibody (UL801)

The anti-ULK2 recombinant antibody (UL801) reacts with human, mouse and rat ULK2. ULK2 is a serine/threonine kinase that functions redundantly with ULK1 in the initiation of autophagy. It forms the core of the ULK complex. ULK2 signaling integrates signals from mTORC1 (inhibitory) and AMPK (activating) to trigger the formation of the phagophore in response to nutrient deprivation and cellular stress. The anti-ULK2 antibody (UL801) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
