Mouse Anti-UPK3B Recombinant Antibody (UP922)

The anti-UPK3B recombinant antibody (UP922) reacts with human UPK3B. UPK3B is a transmembrane protein that belongs to the uroplakin family. It is primarily expressed in the urothelium of the bladder and ureters, where it forms part of the asymmetric unit membrane (AUM) plaques. UPK3B signaling contributes to the formation of the blood-urine barrier and is a marker for urothelial differentiation. The anti-UPK3B antibody (UP922) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
