Mouse Anti-VPREB1 Recombinant Antibody (VP278)

The anti-VPREB1 recombinant antibody (VP278) reacts with human VPREB1. VPREB1 (CD179a) is a component of the pre-B-cell receptor. It associates with IGLL1 to form the surrogate light chain. VPREB1 signaling is essential for the transition of pro-B cells to pre-B cells and for checking the successful rearrangement of the immunoglobulin heavy chain, a critical checkpoint in lymphocyte development. The anti-VPREB1 antibody (VP278) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
