Arg residues-digesting enzyme is a protease that digests proteins at C-terminal arginine residues up to 1 hour. It is recommended to incubate the samples at 37 °C with 6 M urea and 0.1% SDS. Arg residues-digesting enzyme was purified from P. aeruginosa.
