The Central Memory T Cell Makers Antibody Panel is a set of 5 antibodies against mouse Central Memory T (TCM) cell makers (Cd44, Sell, Cd122, Tcf7, Ccr7). Designed for the identification of the central memory compartment, this antibody panel targets the essential lymph node homing receptors Sell (CD62L) and Ccr7 alongside the canonical memory marker Cd44. It further includes antibodies against Tcf7 and Cd122, enabling researchers to distinguish these long-lived, highly proliferative cells from effector memory populations.
