Human TCR (SB14) recognizes EBNA1 peptide (HPVGEADYFEY) in the context of HLA B*3508. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (SB14). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
