Recombinant Human Anti-LCP1 Soluble TCR (KA5) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun)

Human TCR (KA5) recognizes LCP1 peptide (NLFNRYPAL) in the context of HLA class I. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (KA5). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
