Recombinant Human Anti-LCP1 Soluble TCR (LA4) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF1285)
Human TCR (LA4) recognizes LCP1 peptide (NLFNRYPAL) in the context of HLA class I. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (LA4). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
