Recombinant Human Anti-PA Soluble TCR (PG90) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF2096)
Human TCR (PG90) recognizes PA peptide (1-palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphate (sodium salt)) in the context of human CD1b. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (PG90). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
