Recombinant Human Anti-PC Soluble TCR (BC8B) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF2142)
Human TCR (BC8B) recognizes PC peptide (Phosphatidylcholine) in the context of human CD1b. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (BC8B). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
