Human TCR (BC8B) recognizes PS peptide (Phosphatidylserine (PS, m/z 760.5)) in the context of human CD1b. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (BC8B). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
