The design of ScFv-Fc fusion proteins targeting specific antigens of the rabies virus demonstrates superior binding capacity and neutralizing properties. Experimental validation in animal models showed that this fusion protein exhibits significant neutralizing effects, effectively inhibiting viral spread. Based on these results, ScFv-Fc fusion proteins show promising application prospects for post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) against rabies, potentially providing new strategies for rabies prevention and control.
