Recombinant Human Anti-Squalene synthase Soluble TCR (121) (C-Cys)

Human TCR (121) recognizes Squalene synthase peptide (HIPDVITY) in the context of HLA-B*3501. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
