Recombinant Human Anti-ST8SIA1 Soluble TCR (C-Cys) (VS-0622-YF5110) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF5110)
Human TCR recognizes ST8SIA1 peptide (HMLSFHFWKSRGQT) in the context of HLA-DRB1*15:01. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
