Recombinant Human Anti-TPI Soluble TCR (E8) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF426)
Human TCR (E8) recognizes TPI peptide (aa 23-37) in the context of HLA-DR1. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (E8). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
