Clear Western Blot Bands
We utilized clone 3G9B9 for Western blotting of CDX2 in cell lysates. It detected the protein clearly at a dilution of 1:1000. The antibody targets the region AA 176-303 and provided specific bands without significant background, validating CDX2 expression in our samples.
Great Flow Cytometry Results
This mouse recombinant antibody worked well in flow cytometry assays. We used it at a 1:200 dilution to analyze CDX2 levels in intestinal cells. It gave a distinct signal shift. The affinity purification ensures a high-quality reagent for our transcription factor studies.
