Recombinant Mouse Anti-Ndufaf4 Soluble TCR (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (VS-0622-YF569) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF569)
The mouse TCR (VS-0622-YF5) recognizes Ndufaf4 peptide (VNVDYSKL) in the context of H-2Kb. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Mouse soluble TCR (N15). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
