Mouse TCR (2D2) recognizes Nefm peptide (RRVTETRSSFSRVSGSPSSGF) in the context of H2-IAb. Soluble TCR is expressed with Knob-in-hole (KIH) strategy (scTCR-hIgG Knob, scTCR-hIgG Hole). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
