Mouse TCR (2897) recognizes PA peptide (SSLENFRAYV) in the context of HLA-A*68:02. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
