The anti-KIAA1114 antibody specifically binds to an extracellular domain of a KIAA1114 protein, specifically reacts with various cancer cell lines and remarkably represses metastasis of cancer in vivo in a lung metastasis animal model using a KIAA1114 over-expression cancer cell line. Therefore, the anti-KIAA1114 antibody can be effectively used for the prevention or treatment of cancer- particularly metastatic cancer, which is caused by KIAA1114 over-expression.
