Reliable HBV Surface Antigen Tool
This APC-conjugated tetramer allowed us to detect mouse CD8 T cells specific for the HBV HBsAg peptide VWLSVIWM. The staining was specific and facilitated our analysis of the immune response to Hepatitis B.
Consistent H-2Kb Complex
We used this product to analyze T cells targeting the 190-197 region of the viral surface antigen. The tetramer performed well in flow cytometry, giving us reproducible data on individual antigen-specific cells.
