APC-H-2Kb/HBV HBsAg (VWLSVIWM) MHC Tetramer (CAT#: MHC-LC335)
This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of HBV-derived peptide of VWLSVIWM sequence covering 190-197 and H-2Kb molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes mouse CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.
