Selective For Hepatitis B Surface Antigen
This scFv fragment showed remarkable selectivity for Human HBsAg in our ELISA and Western Blot experiments. It showed no cross-reactivity with unrelated antigens, which was crucial for our viral protein research. The clone MCHBS derived from E. coli expression performed consistently well across multiple replicates.
Useful For Immunoprecipitation Studies
We utilized this recombinant human antibody fragment for Immunoprecipitation of the HBV major surface antigen. The small size of the scFv fragment was advantageous in our specific protocol. The product arrived well-packaged, and the purity assessed by SDS-PAGE was greater than 90%, suitable for our research needs.
