Anti-Human A33 Recombinant Antibody (KRN330) (CAT#: TAB-002CL)
Recombinant Human monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human A33. KRN330 is a recombinant, fully-human monoclonal antibody directed against A33, a surface differentiation antigen on normal colonic epithelium, which is uniformly expressed in 95% of colorectal cancers.

Positive staining was observed for both A33 expression and KRN330 binding from patients biopsied on Day 8, 9 or 14 following initial dosing of 3 mg/kg. Although
one of the specimens was obtained by fine needle aspiration, as opposed to core biopsy, positive staining for A33 expression was observed on the membrane of tumour cells. Control tissue from cynomolgus monkeys and commercially available human CRC tissue demonstrated positive binding for A33 and binding of KRN330 only in tissue from animals exposed to KRN330.
