Recombinant Rabbit anti-ACVR1B monoclonal antibody for WB, FC, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

Recombinant Rabbit IgG
This Hi-Affi™ antibody is a recombinant Rabbit IgG, which is an advantage for consistency. The product sheet states it was derived via phage display library screening, which is a robust method. Good for WB and FC
We were looking for an antibody to detect human ACVR1B, and this one (clone DS62AB) is specified for both Western Blot (WB) and Flow Cytometry (FC). The data sheet confirms it is purified using Protein A agarose, which ensures high purity. This specificity for human targets was exactly what our lab needed for our cell signaling studies.
