Recombinant Rabbit anti-ANKRD27 monoclonal antibody for IHC-P, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

Superior IHC Staining Results
We switched to this Hi-Affi™ Rabbit monoclonal antibody for our IHC-P experiments and saw an immediate improvement. The staining of ANKRD27 in tissue sections was sharp and specific. The recombinant technology really seems to eliminate lot-to-lot variation.
High Affinity Rabbit Antibody
This antibody (Clone DS175AB) binds strongly to the internal region of Human VARP. We were impressed by the purity (>95%) and the clean results in our histology assays. It is an excellent reagent for studying vesicular transport and GTPase binding.
