Recombinant Rabbit anti-CD9 monoclonal antibody for WB, IP, IHC-P, ICC, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

Superior WB Results
The Hi-Affi™ Rabbit Anti-CD9 antibody produced superior results in our Western blot experiments. The signal was strong and clean, which we attribute to the recombinant technology used to generate this clone (DS592AB).
Effective For IP
We used this antibody for immunoprecipitating CD9 complexes. It worked efficiently, pulling down the tetraspanin protein and its associated partners. It is a robust tool for studying cell adhesion and signal transduction.
