Breast cancer biomarkers at key points during disease progression

Broad Species Reactivity

I was impressed by the wide range of species this antibody reacts with. We used it on samples from both human and bovine origins, and it detected CD9 in both. The clone MM2/57 is very specific, and it worked well in our flow cytometry panels for characterizing platelet membranes.

Effective Blocking Antibody

We purchased this antibody specifically for its neutralizing and blocking capabilities. It successfully inhibited the bioactivity of CD9 in our functional assays. The high purity and the fact that it is a recombinant mouse antibody gave us confidence in the consistency of our experimental data.
