Recombinant Mouse monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human CLTC. This is a monoclonal antibody which specifically binds to human clathrin heavy chain (CHC), it can inhibit tumor cell growth and/or angiogenesis, and detect cancer in a subject.

Specific For Clathrin
This recombinant mouse monoclonal antibody is excellent for detecting Clathrin Heavy Chain. We used it to study endocytosis mechanisms in tumor cells. It binds specifically to human CLTC and provided clear results in our assays. The quality is high, with SDS-PAGE showing great purity.
Useful Research Tool
We are investigating angiogenesis and needed an antibody that interacts with CLTC. This product worked well for our detection needs. It was easy to aliquot and store, and it remained stable over several freeze-thaw cycles. A reliable reagent for anyone studying intracellular trafficking proteins.
