Recombinant Rabbit anti-CTPS monoclonal antibody for WB, FC, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

Superior WB Sensitivity
Clone DS863AB is a top-tier antibody for Western Blotting of CTPS1. Being a Hi-Affi™ recombinant rabbit antibody, it detected the protein with much higher sensitivity than other antibodies we tried. The bands were clean and the background was minimal, facilitating accurate quantification of enzyme levels.
Excellent For FCM
We used this antibody for Flow Cytometry (FC) and obtained excellent results. It specifically bound to Human CTPS1 and allowed us to differentiate expression levels in various cell types. The recombinant nature of the product ensures reproducibility, which is essential for our metabolic pathway research.
