Precise Fab Fragment Binding
This recombinant mouse Fab fragment (clone 15C9) was exactly what we needed for our structural interface studies. It binds specifically to Dabigatran in our ELISA setup. The fact that it is a Fab fragment rather than a whole IgG reduced non-specific interactions in our assay.
Great For Neutralization Assays
We tested this antibody in neutralization assays involving Dabigatran etexilate derivatives. It performed well, confirming the binding site is located in the variable domains as described. The product arrived in good condition and the purity via HPLC analysis was as promised.
