Mouse Anti-Human EPHA10 Recombinant Antibody

This antibody is capable of binding specifically to a extracellular domain of EphA10, which is effective for the treatment studies of breast cancer, particularly a triple-negative case of breast cancer. The extracellular domain (EphA10 EX) and a fusion protein of human IgG1Fc domain of human EphA10 (EphA10 EX-Fc chimera) was used as an immunogen for the mAb generation.
