The Fab fragment (EphA4-44/EA44) is a recombinant monoclonal antibody to EphA4. EphA4-44/EA44 is a mouse monoclonal antibody intended for the prophylaxis and treatment studies of related disease. This antibody can strongly promote tyrosine phosphorylation of EphA4, which shows an agonistic activity.
