Anti-FCGR3B ADCC Enhanced Antibody (GMA161) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. GMA161 is an anti human CD16 (FcγRIII) monoclonal antibody for treatment of autoimmune disorders in CD16 transgenic mice.
