Recombinant Mouse Antibody (46. 3H6. B7) Fab Fragment is specific to βhFSH, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). This antibody fragment binds to both the monomeric β-subunit of native hFSH, and the heterodimeric hormone, but has no measurable cross-reactivity with the α-subunit or with hLH.

No Cross-Reactivity With LH
Specificity is key when distinguishing between glycoprotein hormones. This Fab fragment against FSH beta-subunit did not cross-react with hLH or the alpha-subunit in our ELISA assays, which was critical for the accuracy of our gonadotropin research data.
Excellent Fab For Hormone Studies
We needed a Fab fragment to avoid interference in our sandwich ELISA, and clone 46.3H6.B7 performed perfectly. It binds both monomeric and heterodimeric forms of human FSH, making it a versatile tool for studying hormone production and regulation.
