Afuco™ Anti-Human GAP43 ADCC Recombinant Antibody, ADCC Enhanced (CAT#: AFC-286CL)
Anti-GAP43 ADCC Enhanced Antibody is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. The antibodies to the growth-associated protein, GAP-43, introduced intracellularly using a lipid carrier, blocked the differentiation induced by dbcAMP. Antibodies to GAP43, at a low concentration, blocked neurite out-growth induced by serum withdrawal when cells were grown on a relatively unadhesive substrate.
