Anti-HTNV G2 Recombinant Antibody (11E10) (CAT#: MRO-1077LC)
This product is a recombinant mouse anti-Hantaan Virus monoclonal antibody. 11E10 specifically binds to G2 protein associated with HTNV and can be potentially used in the treatment and diagnosis of Hantaan Virus infection.

Radiolabeled HTNV proteins were immunoprecipitated with HFRS patient serum (lane HP) or with recombinant human antibodies as indicated above each lane. The positions of the viral envelope glycoproteins, G1 and G2, and the nucleocapsid protein, N, are indicated to the left of the autoradiogram.

Competition of individual MAbs with each of the other MAbs revealed three different competitive inhibition binding curves. In this example, 10-fold dilutions of unlabelled MAbs HCO2, 8E 10 and 11E 10 were added to antigen-coated wells, Competition with MAb 11E 10 was assessed by the addition of biotin-labelled 11E10 as described in Methods. Bound, biotinqabelled antibody was measured as described in the text. MAbs 11E10, HCO2 and 8El0 showed inhibition, no inhibition and + inhibition, respectively.
